Sleep isn’t just something we do between our healthy habits, sleep is a foundation for our health, and it’s important that we get this right. So we’re going to show you several ways you can improve the quality of your sleep, and some things you probably haven’t tried.

  • Will I have access to coaching or support?

  • Do I need to be religious to benefit from R40?

  • Do I need any prior financial knowledge to join?
    Not at all! Whether you’re a beginner or already familiar with finance, F40 provides clear, actionable steps to move forward.
  • What’s the time commitment?
    Minimal. Each daily lesson takes just a few minutes—perfect while having your coffee or whenever it fits your day. But heads up, we’re all about turning interest into commitment here. The time is small; your willingness to improve yourself should be big.
  • Do I need a high income to benefit from F40?
    No! F40 helps people at all income levels. Whether you’re making $30K or $300K, the principles of financial independence, wealth-building, and lifestyle design apply to you.

  • What is the time commitment?
    Minimal. Each daily lesson takes just a few minutes—perfect while having your coffee or whenever it fits your day. But heads up, we’re all about turning interest into commitment here. The time is small; your willingness to improve yourself should be big.
  • Why are the sprints free right now?
    Normally these sprints are $197 each, but we're kicking off something called the Freedom Effect, a partnership with Remarkable Youth—a non-profit empowering teens and young adults to do remarkable things. So, for a limited time, any organization—large or small, churches, companies, you name it—can jump into any of our three 40-day sprints totally free.
  • How BIG can my group be?
    Up to 1,000, and if you have a larger group then please reach out to us HERE
  • How does it work?
    Simple. Pick your sprint: H40 for health, F40 for finances, or R40 for relationships. Set your start date. Then, on launch day, you and your group get a private space to dive into your daily lessons and interact together throughout the sprint.
